Responsibilities
- Keep employee records updated and organized in our ERP system

Payroll processing and other HR-related tasks
- Track attendance and manage employee leave requests
- Support training initiatives and assist in performance evaluations
- Answer employee questions related to policies, salaries, vacations, and benefits
- Ensure company policies align with local labor law requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in ERP systems data entry (preferred)
- Previous HR experience is a plus
Nice to have
- Driving License
- Owns a car

- Completed HR Courses
المهام الرئيسية:
تحديث وتنظيم سجلات الموظفين على نظام الـ ERP.
متابعة الحضور والانصراف وإدارة طلبات الإجازات.
دعم مبادرات التدريب والمشاركة في تقييم أداء الموظفين.
الرد على استفسارات الموظفين المتعلقة بالسياسات، الرواتب، الإجازات، والمزايا.
التأكد من توافق سياسات الشركة مع قوانين العمل المحلية.
المساعدة في إعداد الرواتب والمهام الأخرى الخاصة بالموارد البشرية.
المتطلبات:
إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة).
مهارات تنظيم وتواصل عالية.
خبرة في إدخال البيانات على أنظمة الـ ERP (يفضّل).
يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال الموارد البشرية.
