Services & Operations Solutions Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Cairo, Egypt, that will require the ability to work both remotely and in the office. As a Services Solutions Specialist, you will be part of a team that troubleshoots and provides Services and operations solutions to clients remotely and on-site. The specialist will design, develop, manage, and maintain custom solutions for clients, and implement various IT management systems ( Manufacturing, Projects, Field Services,...) to assist clients in streamlining their workflow and enhancing their customer relationship.
Responsibilities
- Implement various IT management systems
- Provides Services and operations solutions to clients remotely and on-site
- Assist clients in streamlining their workflow and enhancing their customer relationship

Provide solutions to clients within established timelines
- Configure efficiently clint requirements to odoo services and operations solutions.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of software development concepts, principles, and methodologies

Custom solution development and implementations, System Integration, and supporting end-user
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to clients within established timelines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
